For the purpose of system operation and adaptation and service improvement, and in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Protection Law, 1981 (hereinafter: "Privacy Protection Law"), the relevant regulations, and any law provisions, the company collects certain personal data that may include, among other things, name, email address, electronic mail address, user's telephone number, identity card number, credit card details, and additional details provided by the user. Similarly, the company also collects technical data such as IP address, browser type, operating system, location from which the connection was made and the duration of the connection (hereinafter: "the Information" and/or "Personal Information"). The aforementioned information is stored on the company's secure and protected servers.
2. The company is authorized to change and update this privacy policy from time to time according to its absolute discretion without notice. The responsibility for recognizing changes made, if any, in the privacy policy is solely on the users.
INFORMED CONSENT FOR PERSONAL DATA TRANSFER
3. The basis for collection and processing of information by the company stems from your consent to contact the company in accordance with the company’s and/or website’s terms&conditions and in accordance with this privacy policy.
4. According to law, you are not obligated to provide personal information.

You hereby agree and declare that the personal information you provide to the company is given from your own free will and informed consent, so that we can provide you with the accommodation services and/or services provided by the, chain and you agree that we will keep the information you provided to us in an information database in accordance with the purposes for which it was detailed.

As mentioned above, requests for monetary refunds and/or claims and/or lawsuits regarding receiving refunds for purchases made will not be accepted, except in accordance with the provisions of the terms of use agreement and as determined by law.

8. The system uses and may use in the future information collection means that do not personally identify the user, such as Cookies, Facebook Pixel, Beacons and various other common and accepted means for the purpose of proper and shared operation, including to collect data about your use of it, to receive statistical information that does not personally identify you about your traffic in the system, for recurring advertising approaches to you, to adapt the system to your personal preferences, to adapt the offered products to your personal preferences, to eliminate the need to log your details repeatedly, and so on.
USE OF INFORMATION
9. The company will use the information according to this privacy policy and/or according to any law provisions and/or competent authority. Among other things, the company will be authorized to use the information we collect from you to provide the services you purchased from us, to maintain and improve the services, to contact you, in order to offer and adapt the services provided by the company according to your consent and for internal research and analysis purposes.

The companyrequires and/or may occasionallyrequire to send you information about services and the offers available to you, as well as other advertising information of this company and/or companies associated with it and/or of its business partners (hereinafter: "Marketing Content") using electronic mail and/or short text messages ("SMS") and/or on social media and/or any other virtual means.
11. It is a given that this marketing content will be sent to you only if you have given your consent to this or it can be sent to you according to law. INFORMATION SHARING
12. The company is authorized and may share the user's personal data with third parties in certain circumstances, including but not limited to in accordance with a judicial order, prevention of fraud and/or imminent damage, in performing actions by the user suspected of violating the agreement and/or performing actions harmful to third parties, and for securing our chain and services, or when your actions violate the terms of use. Similarly, the company will be authorized to do so during full merger and/or partial operational merger with a third party, and in such case, the third party will be obligated towards the user to keep the information in accordance with this privacy policy.

The hotel is authorized to disclose personal information and other information if it is found that the matter is necessary: (a) for compliance with law provisions; (b) for compliance with court instructions within the framework of legal proceedings; (c) for the purpose of responding to requests and approaches of public or governmental authorities; (d) for enforcement of the terms of use; (e) for protection of the hotel's business; (f) for protection of rights, privacy, security or property of the hotel and/or guests and/or users of the hotel's and/or chain's services; and (g) to enable the chain to act to receive remedies it is entitled to according to law and/or agreement and also to minimize its damages.
INFORMATION SECURITY
14. The company implements and operates updated and current systems and procedures for securing the information held by it, and this in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Protection Law, relevant regulations and any law provisions. Indeed, these means significantly minimize the risk of unauthorized penetration into its information database, but of course they are not able to provide complete security against database breaches and information leaks. The company does not undertake that its servers will be absolutely secure against unauthorized access to the information stored in them. Insofar as such a breach has been carried out and there is concern that a large amount of information has been exposed (as opposed to minor incidents), the company will act to bring this fact to the user's knowledge to the best of its ability.

15. The company's software may link the user to third party websites and/or services that may also use "Cookies" files and/or store information. We are not responsible for the manner in which these third parties operate and/or for the privacy policies and/or working methods of these third party services, and we recommend that you read the privacy statements of each website that collects personal information from you.
RIGHT TO VIEW INFORMATION AND REMOVAL FROM DIRECT MARKETING LIST

The information will be kept in the company's registered information database and/or in the company's database in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Protection Law and its regulations and will be updated and/or deleted in accordance with the relevant law provisions. In accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Protection Law, every person, by himself or through his authorized representative as detailed in the law, is entitled to view the personal information held in the information database.
