NARA HOTELS CHAIN ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT
INTRODUCTION
At Nara Hotels chain, we are committed and working to promote accessibility in order to enable people with disabilities and special needs to enjoy and use the variety of services we offer to all our customers at service and sales points, on the internet website, and at telephone service centers.
About a quarter of the population in Israel encounters internet accessibility difficulties: blindness, visual impairments, hearing impairments, people with motor disabilities, elderly people, and more.
In order to provide optimal, professional and accessible service for everyone, we have made the necessary adaptations to our internet website and have incorporated accessibility principles as much as possible in accordance to the principles of the accessibility standard in Israel, Equal Rights for People with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adaptations), 2013, (Section 3: Internet Services). The website is adapted to accessibility requirements according to standard 5568 at AA level according to WCAG 2.1 guidelines. Accessibility on the website is adapted to the most common browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Explorer 9 and above.
INFORMATION ABOUT INTERNET WEBSITE ACCESSIBILITY
We have invested significant efforts to ensure that our website is easier to use and more accessible for people with disabilities, as we strongly believe that every person has the right to live with dignity, equality, comfort and independence.
We have integrated an advanced accessibility component by UserWay, a website accessibility company, which is operated by a dedicated accessibility server. The software enables the website to improve its compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1).
The UserWay accessibility menu can be activated by clicking on the accessibility menu icon that appears in the corner of the page. The accessibility menu and technology operating on the website enable many options such as:
1. Website adaptation and website behavior for assistive devices and technologies for people with disabilities
2. Enable keyboard navigation between links on the website
3. Button to disable flashing or moving elements on the screen
4. Contrast change buttons, bright contrast, dim contrast and color inversion
5. Link highlighting button that clearly highlights all links appearing on the website
6. Font size change on the website for enlarging and reducing fonts on the website
7. Text spacing button that enables a range of 3 sizes of text on the website
8. Options to hide images on the website
9. Button that displays alternative descriptions of all images appearing on the website with a mouse hover.
10. Dyslexia support - font change for people with dyslexia that enables comfortable reading of the website content
11. Mouse cursor enlargement button
12. Reading mask button that enables focus on central content from the page
13. Reading guide button that adds a reading line under the mouse cursor that enables comfortable reading of website content
14. Text alignment options - to align text on the website to the right or left or center
15. Line height button - enables changing the height of spacing between texts on the website
16. There are also accessibility profiles that enable adaptation according to accessibility profile. The existing profiles are: motor disability, blindness, color blindness, dyslexia, visual impairment, epilepsy, ADHD, and cognitive and learning.
The accessibility add-on supports screen reader software such as: JAWS, NVDA and more.
We continue our efforts to improve website accessibility as part of our commitment to enable access for the entire population, including people with disabilities and special

ACCESSIBILITY POLICY IN THE NETWORK
Nara Hotels chain is happy to host you and provide a pleasant and comfortable experience in all chain hotels. We are also committed to providing accessible services to guests interested in them, while adapting to the needs of people with disabilities.
Each of the chain hotels has different accessibility arrangements, and therefore we recommend our customers to check the accessibility arrangements according to the specific hotel where they wish to stay (Nof Hotel - Haifa, Daria Resort - Kinneret,
Mya Glamping - Kinneret). The specific accessibility arrangements will also appear on the website in the section designated for each hotel.
The staff at each of the chain hotel does everything possible to make the stay of guests who need accessibility arrangements as easy and pleasant as possible. and we ask guests to notify us both at the time of booking and before their arrival regarding the accessibility arrangements they might require.
ACCESSIBLE ROOMS:
Accessible Rooms: Daria Resort and Nof Hotel each offer two accessible rooms equipped with accessibility systems for the visually and hearing impaired.
Comfortable Access: The rooms have a wide entrance (84 cm), spacious passages within the room (over 90 cm), and a bed at a comfortable height (62 cm).
Accessible Equipment: The rooms are equipped with appropriate furniture, accessible telephone, alarm light, and emergency buttons in the bedroom and bathroom.
Bathroom: The bathroom is equipped with grab bars, a wide door (80 cm) that opens inward, spacious shower and toilet area (bathroom and shower room dimensions 2.7 meters * 2.3 meters) and enables comfortable entry with a wheelchair.
Additional Services: You can request a shower chair at reception.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES:
Nof Hotel - Adjacent Room: There is one room with the possibility of connection to an accessible room through a shared corridor. The request must be indicated at the time of booking.
