NARA CANCELLATION POLICY*

BOOKING CHANGE AND/OR CANCELLATION
1. In case of booking change and/or cancellation, the cancellation process and its execution will be subject to the Consumer Protection Law, 1981 (hereinafter: "Consumer Protection Law"), including section 14א of the Consumer Protection Law and the Consumer Protection Regulations (Business Transaction Cancellation), 2010 (hereinafter: "Business Transaction Cancellation Regulations").
2. The cancellation notice must be sent within 14 days from the booking date and only 14 days that are not rest days before the intended arrival date.
3. Booking cancellation will be made in writing that must be delivered to the company by the user himself (and not by any third party) in any of the ways detailed below:
3.1 By email to [email protected]
3.2 Through a dedicated link on the website
3.3 Orally - through the chain'sreservation center at 04-6444445
3.4 By registered mail to the relevant hotel address
4. The cancellation notice must include the following details: the user's full name, identity card number and the booking confirmation number.
5. Booking cancellation fee is 5% of the booking price or ₪100, whichever is lower.
6. To avoid any doubt, it is clarified that nothing in the instructions of the section above is intended to derogate from the website operator's right to claim its damages for improper booking cancellation and/or for any other act of the user contrary to the instructions of the Terms and Conditions and any law instructions.
7. If there is a contradiction between this cancellation policy and the cancellation policy listed on the booking confirmation sent to the customer, the policy on the final booking confirmation sent to the customer will prevail.
GIFT VOUCHER PURCHASE
8. The Terms and Conditions of the website, specifically the guidelines regarding making and fulfilling a booking within the T&Cs will apply, with necessary changes, to orders of gift vouchers.
9. Gift voucher definition
9.1 "Monetary Voucher" - A voucher with a specified monetary value purchased by the customer for his use or for transfer to a third party, which allows its holder to redeem the amount loaded on the gift voucher to pay for accommodation in any of the hotels in the chain.
9.2 "Benefit Voucher" - A voucher purchased by the customer for his use or for transfer to a third party, which allows its holder to enjoy a specific and defined benefit / service provided by the chain.
10. The purchase of a vacation gift voucher will be subject to Israeli law instructions as well as relevant Consumer Protection Law instructions, including section 14ז.
11. The voucher will be valid for up to two years from the purchase day. The expiration date appearing on the voucher refers to the last date that the voucher can be redeemed and not the last date for making a booking using the voucher.
12. Voucher redemption will be according to the terms appearing in the booking confirmation sent to the user and subject to the availability of the requested services.
13. A benefit voucher can be redeemed only and exclusively in the hotels defined therein.
14. When booking a spa treatment and/or accommodation using a voucher, the customer will be required to provide credit card details to guarantee the booking. In case of booking cancellation after the allowed cancellation date, the cancellation penalty will be charged on the credit card provided for guarantee and not by using the voucher.
15. Monetary voucher redemption will be according to the published rates at the time the booking was made.
16. A booking will be considered complete only after the user has received a system notification confirming the booking which is accurate, includes all the details and has a booking number.
17. The company will not be responsible in any case of the voucher being lost and/or deleted and/or undelivered because the incorrect details were provided when sent to third parties.
18. Voucher purchase cancellation will be possible within 14 days from the purchase day by any method specified in section 3 of this document.
19. It is not possible to change the voucher type after its purchase.
20. Subject to law instructions, it is not possible to exchange and/or redeem and/or receive monetary value after using it to pay for a service or an accommodation.
